Judge Me is an entertainment app that compares two people on fun categories and generates shareable verdict cards. This policy describes what data the app collects, where it goes, and how long it is kept.
If you choose to add photos to a battle, the app accesses the camera or photo library only when you tap those options. Verdict cards can be saved to your photo library when you explicitly tap Save.
Challenge feature: When you share a challenge link with a friend, the photos you used in that battle are compressed and uploaded to our servers so your friend can see who they are judging. These photos are stored for up to 30 days and then permanently deleted. By creating a challenge, you confirm you have the right to share the photos included. Your friend's photos are never uploaded — only the original challenger's.
When you share a verdict card or link, you choose the destination (Messages, Instagram, etc.). Challenge links include a reference ID that allows the recipient's app to download the challenge record (including photos) from our servers.
All data stored on our servers (challenge records, photos, push tokens, diagnostics) is automatically deleted after 30 days. Local device data is kept until you delete the app or clear app data.
Verdict text is generated by Anthropic's Claude API. Participant names and the selected category are sent to Anthropic to produce the result. No photos are sent to Anthropic. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing: anthropic.com/privacy.
Judge Me is not directed at children under 13. Content is user-generated and category-based humor intended for teens and adults.
To request deletion of a specific challenge record before its 30-day expiry, email us with the challenge link and we will delete it promptly.
